Meet Greg - "I Did It - So Can You!"
I remember taking an etiquette seminar while in college, presented by one of my professor and friends, Leslie Jett. Immediately I noticed the value of this content and was intrigued to learn more. Shortly after graduating college, I decided to send myself to The Protocol School of Washington, so I too, could become a Certified Etiquette & Protocol consultant.
My experience with the PSOW has opened many doors. From doing seminars for major universities such as The University of Florida, The University of Missouri and the University of Nevada – Las Vegas to programs within the companies I have worked for, Disney and MGM Resorts International.
This knowledge has helped me in recently achieving my recent promotion to Corporate Director of Guest Experience for MGM Resorts International, which allows me to utilize this content regularly to assist in facilitating workshops for employees in our luxury properties as well as sales teams.
