Meet Zhenya Pankratieva - Graduation Date: April 2014 Why did you initially come to PSOW? To help international companies to work on different markets and appreciate the different cultures

What does your typical day look like now? It starts at 9am. Checking mail and news, meeting employees, meeting clients, sports, checking mail and news, time with my family. Ends at 12pm. 

What is the best part of having your own business/consultancy? You meet a lot of nice and professional people, you are inspired to do as much as possible. 

How long did it take for you to get your business “off the ground?”Around 1 year. 

What was the scariest part of starting your own business? Trade Marks and intellectual property rights protection in CIS countries. 

How long have you been in business? Around 15 years. 

What are your favorite things to teach? Dine like a diplomat 

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? #1 specialist in Etiquette and Protocol in CIS
