Running On Respect: Putting Civility Back Into Politics

In honor of National Business Etiquette Week (June 5-11, 2016), The Protocol School of Washington is seeking to soften the current political climate by asking, "How can political candidates run on respect and put civility back into politics?" and sponsoring a "Vote For Me" Contest to win a complimentary tuition ($6,800.00/$8,800.00 value) to any scheduled 2016 Train to be a Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant Course.

ENTER TO WIN

Let's reinstate civility back into politics! Submit: 

1. your own "campaign platform" in general ways to make politics more respectful OR

2. present a way current political candidates can clean up their act. 

Your submission can be in the form of a video; presentation(i.e. PowerPoint); essay; white paper; letter; podcast; infographic; whatever you see fit.

REQUIREMENTS

Email your campaign plan to us by June 12. Include your first name, last name, phone number and email address with your submission.

All entries are judged by an internal panel at The Protocol School of Washington based on the following criteria: 

1. Creativity

2. Relevance

3. Compliance with Requirements

WHAT CAN I WIN?

Train to be a Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant 5-day interactive training provides expert, hands-on instruction that will prepare you to work as an independent consultant or in-house facilitator teaching business etiquette and international protocol. 

Value of $6,800.00 USD (Domestic Rate) or Value of $8,800.00 USD (International Rate). 

You will receive step-by-step instructions on how to deliver dynamic seminars, briefings and dining tutorials. 

Our team of experts will train you in the essentials of: cross-cultural communications and awareness |business etiquette | dining skills | marketing | public relations | sales and negotiations presentation skills. 

Upon completion, you are licensed to use The Protocol School of Washington's professionally designed curriculum, presenter manuals, PowerPoint slides and illustrated workbooks. The interactive support materials and training will empower you to thrive in the etiquette and protocol industry.

Winner will be announced June 17, 2016!

*All submissions are the property of The Protocol School of Washington and available for re-purposing by the School but will not include personal information about creator or contestants without express written consent of submitter. *All submissions shall cite sources. *Subject to The Protocol School of Washington's final approval. *Contest value is equivalent to course tuition ($6,800.00/$8,800.00). No cash value. This tuition includes the cost of the training only. Transportation, travel and hotel accommodations are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. *Contest prize must be redeemed for a regularly scheduled Train to be a Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant no later than June 30, 2017. *Contest prize is non-transferable to any other person or alternative PSOW course offering without the express written consent of The Protocol School of Washington. *As the contest winner, PSOW will be highlighting your journey.
