The Protocol School of Washington® Awarded Five-Year Accreditation by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training
School Earns 20 Years of Continuous Accreditation
Washington, DC – January 30, 2025 – The Protocol School of Washington® (PSOW), an accredited educational institution teaching international protocol, cross-cultural awareness, and business etiquette, has received a five-year grant of accreditation from the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET.org) — a nationally recognized accrediting agency by the U.S. Department of Education as an authority on quality education and training. The school earned back-to-back five-year accreditation grants and has continuously maintained that standing since 2009.
"As soft skills become increasingly essential to the success of business professionals, enterprise leaders, international diplomats, and government officials—along with their extended teams—we are honored to continue serving as educators in this vital field," said Pamela Eyring, President of The Protocol School of Washington. "Our executive education courses teach cross-cultural understanding, protocol, and etiquette intelligence. PSOW school's graduates include global leaders in intercultural business etiquette, diplomacy, and international protocol, representing Fortune 500 companies, royal courts, embassies, government agencies, and military organizations from North America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Europe, Australia, and South America.

In 2024, PSOW commemorated its 35th year in business at The Global Education Summit, where global business and diplomatic attendees received practical training, interactive learning, and networking opportunities to enhance leadership, civility, and emotional intelligence. For Director of Operations Crystl Zimmer, the accreditation in 2025 marks another significant milestone.
