Business Meetings and Meals: TIP #6:
Meetings and Meals – As we continue to slowly gather around the conference table or at a meal together, keep your invitations to a much smaller number of guests.  If you need to invite a larger amount of people to conduct business, save those for virtual meetings.  A good rule is 2-4 guests per meeting.  When dining, do not exceed 4 guests, request a larger table and one that is not near others (the further the better and this also helps with privacy).
