TIP #2:
Compliance – Offices are gradually reopening and are setting new guidelines for reentry. Don’t complain – comply! Guidelines might include a staggered work schedule, new physical location for your workstation, temperature checks, wearing masks, distancing from colleagues, and even the loss of the coffee station. No one enjoys being around a whiner so be on-board with any changes and thankful to return.
